The Personal Ministries Department of our conference will like to bring the following to our attention:
Personal Ministries Leaders are encouraged to ensure that all the members and guests who have signed up to be part of the ‘All the Family in Mission’ initiative are registered on the assigned portal. Please give this matter your urgent attention. If you need more details, please see the recent letter that was sent out concerning this matter or you can call the Personal Ministries Director at the Conference office for any assistance.
In Partnership with the Health Ministries Department, there will be upcoming training sessions for all Community Services members in the areas of Medical Missionary and Prayer and Deliverance Ministry. More details will be sent to you soon.
There will be a special re-launch of the ‘I-care So I-share program and the Nehemiah skills group on Sabbath 6th April, 2024, 3:30pm at the SDA Church, Paradise, St. Andrew. Kindly submit the names and contact information of all tradesmen and volunteers within your local congregation as quickly as possible to the Community Service Department of the Conference.
Each congregation is encouraged to elect a Possibility Ministry Leader to help minister to the needs of persons living with various physical and other challenges. Also, please send to the Conference office all persons with special need within your congregation so that a viable registry can be developed. Additionally, please note that there will be free Sign Language classes starting on April 7th, 2024 on the Zoom platform. Registration forms will be available shortly. In the meantime, you and call and register your interest with sister Malissa Williams at the Conference office.
